    1. The printing line can be divided into five sections, which will be:
      • Loading Module
      • Cleaning Module
      • Camera Auto Alignment
      • Screen Printing Unit
      • Unloading Module
    2. Flexible substrates are loaded by suction robot arm, cleaned by sticky tape or plasma process before CCD alignment. After the screen printing process, they are unloaded by a suction robot arm or clamp device.
    3. CCD automatic alignment precision: ± 5um
    4. Printing parameters and printing pressure can be set through the HMI recipe setting.
