    Product Description

    Applied printing to flexible substrate, such as PET, PI ext.
    Application such as Blood glucose test strips, FPC, RFID..etc.

    1. The printing line can be divided into six sections, which will be:
      • Unwind Module
      • Cleaning Module
      • Camera Auto Alignment
      • Screen Printing Unit
      • Drying Unit (Convection Oven, IR/UV)
      • Rewind Module
    2. Unwind & Rewind Module: Controlled by Servo motor and electrical cylinder to ensure stable tension control and smoothness of rewind and unwind.
    3. Edge Position Control (EPC): The whole machine is equipped with several EPC sensors, substrate rewinding precision can be less than ±1mm.
    4. CCD automatic alignment precision: ± 5um
    5. Printing parameters and printing pressure can be set through the HMI recipe setting.
    6. Optional items:
      • Squeegee automatic leveling
      • Automatic inking
      • Retractable frame holder
